Our bread is a naturally made artisan sour dough bread.

Each loaf is 600g and the only ingredients are Potato, Water, Flour, Salt and Sugar. We use no artifcal preservatives or chemicals in our products.

The Jackson family have been baking Potato Bread in Whanganui the 1840's.

We recommend storing in a dry aerated place at room temperature, and the bread should be consumed within 5 days... if you can wait that long!!!

Otherwise we recommend to eat immediately with lashings of your favourite toppings. Our favourites include Butter, Golden Syrup or our Nan's home-made Plum Jam!

Jackson's Rewena Paraoa can be frozen and has a recommended freezer life of 4 months. Consume within 5 days of thawing and do not refreeze.
